Conraddesign.dk is open 24 hours a day. To shop at Conraddesign.dk you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid debit\/credit card.
To order, place items in shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can edit or cancel at any time before confirming your order.<\/p>

Postage\/packaging and transaction fees will be calculated in the final stages before you confirm your order.<\/p>

To place your order, enter your name, address, e-mail, and telephone number. Then choose payment and delivery method. When you press the \u201cAccept purchase\u201d button, the order will be sent to Conraddesign.dk.
Once we have received your order we will email you a receipt. A binding purchase agreement will be made once you have received an order confirmation from Conraddesign.dk.<\/p>

Conraddesign.dk encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At Conraddesign.dk under Danish law you have 14 days right of withdrawal. Certain items (including patterns) are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If the product is not covered by the cancellation right, it will appear in the ordering process.<\/p>

The right of cancellation begins on the day you receive the item. Returned items must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.<\/p>

For certain items, particularly patterns, there is no right of withdrawal. If the item is broken you may lose your right of withdrawal.<\/p>

To return an item you must inform us of your intention to do so within 14 days of purchase and return the item to:<\/p>

When returning an item, you must enclose a copy of the original receipt. You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, as they are your responsibility until we receive them. You must cover all costs for returning the item.<\/p>

When we receive the item, we will refund the amount using the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
You may lose your right of withdrawal if in whole or in part:
You have used the item.
The item has been damaged while you were responsible for it.

Your purchase is covered by the consumer rights act. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen because of incorrect use or other damaging behavior.<\/p>

To comply with sales regulations, the transaction details as well as your personal information (name, address, email address, phone \/ mobile number)
will be stored for 5 years. The information will then be deleted.
If you are a member of Conraddesign, your personal information and the transaction details will not be deleted unless you specifically request us to do so.
Personal information is not disclosed to third parties unless this happens in connection with a sale of the company. Transmission in such a situation will be in accordance with the applicable personal data law.<\/p>
