The right of cancellation begins on the day you receive the item. Returned items must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

For certain items, particularly patterns, there is no right of withdrawal. If the item is broken you may lose your right of withdrawal.

When returning an item, you must enclose a copy of the original receipt. You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, as they are your responsibility until we receive them. You must cover all costs for returning the item.

When we receive the item, we will refund the amount using the same method of payment used to purchase the item.

The item has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
You have handled the item incorrectly.


Your purchase is covered by the consumer rights act. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen because of incorrect use or other damaging behavior.

Personal data
To comply with sales regulations, the transaction details as well as your personal information (name, address, email address, phone / mobile number)
will be stored for 5 years. The information will then be deleted.
If you are a member of Conraddesign, your personal information and the transaction details will not be deleted unless you specifically request us to do so.
Personal information is not disclosed to third parties unless this happens in connection with a sale of the company. Transmission in such a situation will be in accordance with the applicable personal data law.
